Dear Dr. Friehling:
I want to thank you and let you know what a great job you did with my new pacemaker. It has healed very well and my first office visit has been a success. P.A. Cassity said everything was 100%.
You are a very special doctor. You put my first pacemaker in, in 1994 and with the Arrhythmia Group, I am now going strong in 2006. Both you and Dr. Wish with your expertise, wow! I am ready to roll again!
Please tell the staff in the OR thanks. They were really great helping me at ease during the procedures.
I played your C.D. and I loved the music. It has a good beat and a lot of pep.
I am so grateful for all the care you gave me. I want to thank you again.
Well, Dr. Friehling, thanks again for everything.
Sincerely,
P.S-C.
Dear Dr. Friehling,
Thank you and your wife for the way you have handled my son Stan's arrhythmia. Not only have I been able to have complete confidence in his treatment, but your manner has helped keep him calm through the experience.
Stan is throwing himself into football and is looking forward to school next week.
Thank you again for making a challenging experience easier for me and a learning one for Stan.
Sincerely,
E.D.S.
Dear Dr. Del Negro and team,
Thank you and your team for your good care while I was in the CCU last week. Your kindness and patience in explaining my procedure-and the after-care were above and beyond the standards of excellence. I look forward to a long, pleasant, and successful follow-up for many years to come.
Fondly,
W.L.B, MD
Dr. Wish,
For over a year I wished for someone to care that I felt horrible. Then I met you. You gave me back to my children. THANK YOU! You have been a true angel in my life.
Sincerely,
D.M.
Dr. Bell,
Thanks for all that you do in keeping our Meg healthy!
Fondly,
T.E.
Dear Dr. Strouse,
I wanted to send a brief note of thanks for your excellent care. You spent time explaining everything so well about my father's condition and it really gave us great comfort. We are so pleased by how well dad is doing and we have you to thank!
Sincerely,
M.E.D.

Dr. Friehling,
It is early on a Sunday morning and the stillness encourages reflection. Too often we take for granted the gift of sound health and tend to ignore the complexities of the human body. Well, like many parents or families who have someone they love with an unfavorable medical condition, we seek professional medical assistance not knowing the required care or treatment.
Then I met you and I felt reassured that you could remedy our son's condition. You and Dr. Del Negro performed the critical procedure.
The procedure was a success and my son's cardial system is now normal. Know that the joy I have with my son is due in part to what you do everyday.
MANY THANKS AND WARM REGARDS,
K.K.

Dear Dr. Del Negro,
I am saddened to tell you that my father passed away in early September shortly after his 89th birthday.
He had been a patient in your office since 1999 and I wanted to thank you for the wonderful care he received from all of your staff. They were always kind and patient with him, especially during his pacemaker phone checks. Your office was one of the few that did not make us wait forever and, for an elderly patient and the families that transport them, this is a huge issue. We appreciate everything that you did for us and the excellent medical care that he received these past seven years.
Dr. Seuss once wrote "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened." Although I miss him terribly, I know that he had a truly wonderful life.
Thank you again for all of your care.
Sincerely,
K.N.

Dear Dr. Bell,
First, my husband and I would like to thank you for your personable, conscientious, and thoughtful care over the past several years. You have been a wonderful doctor, understanding and remembering the issues with Brian's low blood pressure and helping us care after hospitalizations.
Sincerely,
BCM, MD
