Visit Us - Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

We request that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your office visit if you will not be able to attend. As our clinical practice carries a national reputation, we appreciate your assistance in this matter so that we can use our time efficiently in the care of our patients. Please be aware that failure to comply with this policy will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
