Anticoagulation/Coumadin Clinic

Some of our patients are prescribed blood-thinning medication called warfarin or Coumadin and this medication requires scheduled blood tests so that we can adjust your medication dosing. If Arrhythmia Associates is managing your Coumadin dosing, our nurses will contact you regarding your blood test results and convey the recommendations from our physicians regarding adjustment of your medication doses as well as when your next blood test must be performed.
