What To Expect
Prescription Refills
We are happy to refill all prescriptions that have been prescribed by our physicians at the time of our office visits with you. If you realize that a prescription will run out prior to your next visit with us, we invite you to call our office during routine business hours between 9am and 4pm Monday through Friday. During this time, you can leave a message with our receptionists and the physician in the office will review your chart that day and a new prescription will be issued. Please let us know if the prescription refill will be picked up or if we should call in the refill to your local pharmacy.
Unlike some area physicians, we do not believe in charging our patients for prescription refills but we ask your assistance in minimizing this burden on our staff. We request that you do not call our emergency line/answering service during non-business hours to address prescription refills. Instead, call us the next business day at 9am and we will be happy to assist you.
